Your first month payment includes 30 days of Shentel Flex internet service, installation costs, and the required wireless modem in your Starter Kit. Monthly plan pricing varies by speed selected.
After the first 30 days, you can reload another month of service.
You can pay for Shentel Flex online, over the phone with Customer Service, in a Shentel retail store, or at participating retailers.
To pay online, visit flex.shentel.com and enter your modem’s MAC ID.
Retail payments are available at participating locations such as Dollar General, CVS, 7-Eleven, Family Dollar, and Speedway.
The Flex service must be active to make a payment at one of these retailers. If your service is disconnected, you must make a payment online, by phone, or in a Shentel retail store to reactivate service.
Yes. You are not required to maintain consecutive monthly service.
You can reload service whenever it is convenient for you, with no penalty or additional charge for skipping a month.
No. Shentel Flex payments are nonrefundable.
No. Shentel Flex does not require a credit check or deposit.
Customers with bad credit can still be eligible for Flex service.
No. Shentel Flex customers must use the wireless modem provided with the Starter Kit.
The modem included will be an Arris DG3450 or Arris DG3452. Shentel Flex customers cannot use their own modem or rent WiFi equipment.
You must be at least 18 years old and live in a serviceable area to be eligible for Shentel Flex.
Flex is not available in FTTH areas, and a customer cannot have both a Shentel Flex internet account and a postpaid internet account at the same address.
Yes. Customers can have a Shentel Flex internet account and a postpaid phone account. These services may appear on separate statements.
No. Shentel TV requires a postpaid internet account, so Flex customers cannot have Shentel TV with their Flex service.

Shentel Flex is a prepaid internet service with plans available at 50 Mbps for $30/mo, 100 Mbps for $40/mo and 200 Mbps for $60/mo. Monthly payment provides 30 days of service. Actual speeds may vary based on network conditions and equipment. Service availability and eligibility restrictions apply. Flex service is not available in all areas. Customers must use the modem provided with the Flex Starter Kit. Payments are nonrefundable.
