We're glad you are enjoying your Shentel service. Please review the following rules.
Click the link below to submit a referral. Once you and your friend are determined to be eligible, we will send your friend an introductory email inviting them to sign up. If they become a new Shentel customer within 90 days, you will both receive a $50 credit to your account.
To be eligible for the referral credit:
- Your friend must not already be a Shentel customer.
- Your friend must not have been referred by someone else within the past 90 days.
To receive the credit:
- Your friend must have a new service installed within 90 days of receiving the introductory email.
- Your friend must give the email address you supplied as their primary contact email when signing up.
- You must be an active Shentel customer at the time of your friend's activation.
- You must use the primary email address that Shentel has on file. Please call 1-800-SHENTEL to add or change your primary email address.
Note: It may take up to 24 hours for changes to take effect.
