30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Posted 26 March 2013 12:00 AM by Shentel

One of the best ways to tell a customer that you stand behind your product is to “guarantee” it.

Shentel has done just that. Any new customers signing up for service for the first time or current customers taking a new service – such as a TV customer signing up for Internet - will qualify for the Shentel 30-Day, Money-Back guarantee. Shentel provides High-Speed Internet, Home Phone and TV services to customers in Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland.

“We believe our customers are going to be completely satisfied with our products, so we are giving them a chance to try them out risk-free,” said Shentel Marketing Manager Matt Krueger. “If, within the first 30 days the customer decides he does not want the service after all, he can call, cancel service and get his money back. It’s as easy as that.”

The customer must call before the 30-day window expires. To qualify for the refund, the customer also needs to return all equipment in good condition. The guarantee does include repayment of any standard installation fees.

All additional charges, such as long distance usage, international calling, Pay-Per-View and installation fees resulting from additional outlets, will be the customer’s responsibility. The Shentel guarantee repays the service charge for the first month and the installation fees.
