Shentel Reflects on the June 29th Storm

The June 29th storms that affected our area caused widespread damage by bringing down lines and disrupting power. We thank our customers for their patience while our crews worked to repair the damage. Our crews are part of the communities we service, and many of them worked through 104 degree heat to restore services while their own homes were without power.
Currently, Shentel is currently reviewing our response to the June 29th storms and is committed to making improvements to better prepare for events in the future. While most of our customers have seen their services restored, our crews are still out working to complete permanent repairs.
