Customers now can select from three tiers of channels, with the option of adding up to 42 high- definition (HD) channels and digital video recorder (DVR) services. HDTV offers the highest quality picture and sound, while DVR capability makes it possible to digitally record up to 100 hours of programming, record one show and watch another, and pause and rewind live TV. High-speed Internet – at speeds up to 9 Mbit/sec for residential service and 12 Mbit/sec for businesses – is also now available.
